The free airport shuttle service was very helpful, especially with my early morning flight. i appreciated the spaciousness of the room. I could easily organize my luggage and belongings. the provided toiletries were complete, similar to what i've found in japanese hotels (a pleasant surprise!). the breakfast buffet was good, with many options suitable for different tastes.
I found that the soundproofing wasn't sufficient. I could hear street noise clearly. the windows seemed to let in a lot of noise from passing cars. perhaps better quality windows could resolve this issue.

the free airport shuttle was very convenient. the restaurant also had tasty food. (i liked it a lot!).
The minibar had a confusing setup with water bottles. I was charged for what i thought was complimentary. also, crossing the street to get to the shopping center felt very dangerous.

The staff were very helpful, especially when I needed directions.
I was not happy with the noise levels from the busy road nearby, even on the 4th floor. The room looked quite worn. The floors and tabletops seemed to have stains on them. I'm not sure if they were just worn out, but they did not look clean.
the free airport shuttle was very convenient. i did not have to worry about transportation (especially with an early flight). the breakfast was also great with a good selection of food in a nice restaurant. the pool was a good size and had a nice atmosphere.
my room faced a busy road, and it was very noisy at night. i was on the fourth floor, so the noise was quite noticeable. the room felt a bit old and worn, honestly. it did not feel like a 5-star hotel room.
